Are you ready to shape the future of PR & Communications software? As a Product Manager at Prowly, you will discover and develop valuable, usable, and feasible products that address the pain points of PR & Communications professionals. You'll operate at the dynamic intersection of business, user experience, and technology, driving product initiatives that deliver significant value to both our customers and our business.


👉🏻Key Responsibilities

Market and Customer Insight

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and engage directly with customers to gather critical insights.

  • Develop a profound understanding of the ideal customer profile, user personas, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Vision and Strategy

  • Create and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business value.

Problem Identification and Definition

  • Utilize data to pinpoint key problems and opportunities.

  • Formulate clear, actionable problem statements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

  • Serve as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Act as a product owner within agile teams, facilitating scrum processes.

👉🏻 What We’re Looking For

Past Experience

  • 4 years in product management or related roles within technology products (preferably SaaS), such as product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with multiple constraints.

Skills and Abilities

  • Written and spoken English proficiency.

  • Flexible thinking with the ability to synthesize various elements into cohesive strategies and solutions.

  • Superior communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and customers.

  • Proven knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Hotjar, LogRocket, Mixpanel, Tableau, BigQuery, and SQL.

  • Demonstrated capability to foster constructive and collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and company leaders.

🎁 What we offer:

  • Salary (based on an employment contract) - ranges of 15,000 - 20,000 PLN  depending on your experience
