Use of Media Monitoring and PR Reports Services.
Media Monitoring and PR Reports Services are services that allow you to track mentions across online and offline media and generate reports based on media monitoring data.
Prowly may provide access to certain Newspaper Licensing Agency content (the “NLA content”) or other third-party media monitoring providers’ content through Media Monitoring and PR Reports Services. Such content is considered "Third-Party Services and Products" as defined in Prowly’s Terms of Service.
Prowly may make available analytical reports (the “Reports”) as part of the Services. Reports may contain headlines, extracts, and links to NLA Content or other third-party media monitoring providers’ content.
If you are accessing NLA Content through Services, you must enter into a separate license agreement directly with NLA for any such content.
Depending on your location, you may also be required to obtain a license from the relevant publishers or their representative bodies in other jurisdictions to lawfully access or distribute NLA content.
Compliance
Prowly may request a copy of your valid NLA license to verify your compliance with these Terms.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Media Monitoring and PR Reports Services.
Contacting NLA
For inquiries regarding NLA content licensing, you may contact the NLA directly through their website at https://www.nla.co.uk or via their official communication channels.
