Four-story, 77-unit apartment building on the rise at 1600 E Venice...

One block west of Venice High School, prolific Westside apartment builder Wiseman Residential has commenced work on yet another project. The new development, approved by Los Angeles Planning officials in 2020, will rise from a property located at 1600 E. Venice Boulevard, where it replaces a handful of smaller buildings. Plans call for a new four-story building featuring 77 rental apartments above parking for 43 vehicles.
