The Michigan Court of Appeals has sided with Ann Arbor in a lawsuit that claimed the city owed residents and businesses millions of dollars in fees collected illegally.
Ann Arbor has a new 40-40-20 policy for how it will spend the city's rebate money from a countywide property tax if voters renew the millage in the Nov. 5 election.
"Now that we’ve reached 10,000 trees, we’re going to keep up the momentum," said Sean Reynolds, a senior analyst in Ann Arbor's sustainability office, explaining there's more to come.
