GRDA responding to drowning at Grand Lake - KTUL

The Grand River Dam Authority Police Department is responding to a drowning on Grand Lake Thursday night. Witnesses told officers a man was backing a truck with a trailer down the boat ramp at Twin Bridges State Park in Miami earlier in the evening. The Haskell County Sheriff’s Office says it’s investigating a homicide Monday morning. Haskell County Sheriff Tim Turner said in a press conference that 21-year-old Harley Wokaty was found dead in Kinta Monday morning.
