The junior kicker has, without a doubt, had his share of struggles but is kicking better now than he ever has in a Marshall uniform after making eight straight field goal attempts dating back to a Sept. 14 contest against Western Michigan.

"I think sometimes it gets a little bit overwhelming for all the attention and things like that, so I try to (stay) off my phone as possible," Green said. "I have time to recognize where I'm at and where I need to build off of and what I'm doing good at."
