Diners seeking the best in gastronomic delights are tucking into fancy fare including moss, brown bread ice-cream and edible helium balloons. Restaurants dabbling in unique but delicious dining dominated at the 2014 World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards in London this week. Claiming the top spot and title of San Pellegrino world’s best restaurant was Danish restaurant, Noma. A previous three-time winner, the award was a return to number one for head chef and owner, Rene Redzepi.
