Judge William Griesbach said white farmers challenging the policy in court are
“likely to succeed” with their claims that the program is discriminatory, NBC
News reports.
Cushman & Wakefield, which was held in contempt for snubbing the attorney
general’s subpoena, has now turned over nearly 36,000 documents, the AG’s office
said.
“No one is above the law and if a crime was committed in this county, we will prosecute it,” Nassau County District Attorney Anne T. Donnelly said in a statement.
