Major road work scheduled this week in Frisco on the Dallas North Tollway, I-30 will be getting a lot of attention in Hunt County, Spur 408 in Mountin Creek also will be seeing lots of orange cones.

Major overnight construction is scheduled this week in Dallas, Fort Worth, Joshua and Sherman with all lanes being closed overnight. Check on which freeways and what days might affect your commute.

Major construction is scheduled this weekend in Arlington as WB I-30 will be shut down again on Friday through Monday morning, also in Fort Worth SB E. Loop 820 will be closed through Wednesday night.

Major construction scheduled this week in Fort Worth on NB E. Loop 820, Rockwall & Hunt County on EB & WB I-30 and in Dallas on NB I-35E and in Arlington on NB 360.

After a brief pause on Labor Day, DFW construction cranks up again this week with RED ALERT closures in Arlington on I-30, in West Fort Worth on I-20, in Dallas on NB Loop 12 Walton Walker, on I-30 in Greenville and NB & SB 75 in Sherman.

A lot of road work scheduled early for this week in Dallas on NB Loop 12 Walton Walker and RED ALERT overnight construction on SB 75 in Sherman, but construction will taper off by Thursday before the holiday weekend.

In Lewisville the Main Street bridge demolition continues this weekend with Northbound I-35E being shut down at Main Street starting at 8 pm on Friday, 8/22 and continuing to be closed through 10 am on Saturday.

Northbound 75 between 635 and The Bush Turnpike the HOV lane will be closed through late 2026. There will be nightly lane closures in addition as crews install a barrier wall.

A busy week for road work in DFW with RED ALERT overnight construction scheduled on I-20 in Fort Worth, NB 75 will be shut down nightly in Sherman and lots of orange cones on the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco with multiple lanes closed.

Major overnight construction will shut down I-30 in Tarrant County, 121 in Euless and Loop 12 Walton Walker in Dallas, also extensive road work will have lanes closed on the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco and I-30 in Hunt County.
