East Texas veterans received a hero’s welcome as they arrived in the nation’s capital for the Brookshire Grocery Company Heroes Flight.

A send-off ceremony was held Monday morning for East Texas veterans headed to Washington D.C. on the Brookshire Grocery Company Heroes Flight.
