“There’s no recourse for me. There’s nowhere for me to go to fix this problem. So for three months, I’ve been living with knowing that people are being harmed on my behalf.”
The Vancouver resident and father of three says he’s been collecting reward points with the loyalty program since 2018 but now he can no longer redeem any points.
“It makes me feel like I got scammed. Like they cheated me. If it's not free parking say it's not free parking,” Dan McGillivray told Consumer Matters.
