HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A 28-year-old Hartford resident was sentenced to 45 years in prison on Tuesday for the 2020 fatal shooting of Kwadir Paris. Yamil Rohena was found guilty on Jan. 12, 2024, of murder, criminal possession of a firearm and in violation of his probation from an assault in 2017.
