We’ll start our Monday with some sunshine in many locales followed by increasing clouds as the day progresses as our next disturbance approaches.

A cold front will cross the state today.

High pressure will build into the area today bringing us plenty of sunshine.

A reinforcing shot of arctic air will move in for today on the backside of yesterday’s storm.

Low pressure will pass through the Gulf of Maine... near the Maine coast today.

High temperatures for today will happen early this morning with highs in the 20s north and upper 20s to mid-30s closer to the coast.

A strong cold front will approach from the north and west today.

Low pressure to our east over the Maritimes combined with high pressure to our west will provide us with breezy and cold conditions for the week ahead.

Expect mostly cloudy skies for our Friday with a few isolated snow showers possible mainly across northern and western locales.

Low pressure over the Eastern Great Lakes Region will head northward into Western Quebec today... pushing a cold front through Maine this afternoon.
