Mississippi-based Merchants & Marine Bank said it has reached a deal to acquire FM Bank of Breaux Bridge in an all-cash deal.

The Belle of Baton Rouge will be known as Bally’s Baton Rouge Casino and Hotel when the downtown casino opens its land-based expansion in December.
