Nelson will be arraigned on May 27.

The shooting was investigated by the Iowa Division of Criminal Division.

He also must register as a sex offender.

He remained in the jail without bail as of 2:30 p.m. Friday.

He has a preliminary hearing on Feb. 19.

Minor will receive day-for-day credit, as well as credit for time already served in the jail.

The incident involving Blunk began around 4 a.m. Sept. 22.

Both are in the Rock Island County Jail on a $1.5 million bond.

Siebke is being held in the Rock Island County Jail on a $1 million bond.

Pollion has a pretrial conference on Jan. 8.

Xavier Camper, 20, of Moline, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to first-degree murder in Rock Island County Circuit Court.

The 27-year-old pleaded guilty earlier this year to several charges, including homicide by vehicle.

Pollion will be arraigned Dec. 3.

Chontez Lamont Graham, 24, of Jefferson City, was booked into the Scott County Jail Friday on charges of first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and flight to avoid prosecution in the death of 18-year-old Demetrius Allen.

He already is facing charges in two other shooting cases, court records show.
