SANTA FE, N.M. — Alec Baldwin is headed to trial over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who was killed in 2021 after the actor’s prop gun fired a live round of ammunition on the “Rust” film set. He said Frazee, accused of killing his fiancee, asked about killing a key witness in the case, ex-girlfriend Krystal Lee.

He is on trial in Colorado for the murder of Kelsey Berreth, 29, whose body was never found.

Krystal Lee testified Wednesday that she cleaned Berreth's Colorado home after Frazee beat her to death with a bat.
