In a suit filed in Manhattan federal court, Karilie Herrera, Franchesca Morales and Carolyn Richardson accuse former officer Colin Akparanta, of Irvington, N.J., of forcing them to “engage in recurrent sexual acts and encounters:” with him “by threats of force or coercion.”
