New Braunfels Utilities will begin upgrading water line infrastructure along Landa Street and Elm Street started Jan. 13, with completion expected by early May.
Molak Corporation, the parent company of Gruene Hall and Gristmill River Restaurant, is set to begin construction on the 10-acre paved parking facility by the end of January, according to a news release.
Mission Hill Park will be the first public park serving residents near Loop 337, providing a new recreational space as New Braunfels continues to grow, council member D. Lee Edwards said.
The request for parking by permit was driven by concerns from residents in the area who expressed concerns over the growing difficulty of finding parking due to nearby businesses and downtown events
