With a goal from freshman midfielder/forward Catherine Paulson in the 79th minute, No. 21 Stanford women’s soccer (4-2, 3-1 Pac-12) was able to clutch the victory against the No. 22 University of Washington (4-1-2, 1-1-2 Pac-12) by a final score of 1-0.

Despite dominating the match in many aspects, Stanford women’s soccer (4-3, 3-1 Pac-12) was unable to pull off the win against rival Cal (4-2, 2-2 Pac-12), losing by a score of 0-1. This marks the Cardinal’s first loss to the Bears in eight years as well as its first conceded goal to the Bears in four seasons.

After a tight, hard-fought match, Stanford women’s soccer (5-3-1, 4-1-0 Pac-12) tied the University of Oregon (5-3-3, 3-2-1 Pac-12) with a final score of 0-0.

After conceding a goal in the first minute of overtime, Stanford women’s soccer (5-6-2, 4-4-2 Pac-12) lost 2-1 in its Breast Cancer Awareness match against Pac-12 champions No. 5 UCLA (12-1-1, 9-1-0 Pac-12).

No. 13 Stanford women’s soccer extended its win streak on Sunday, topping UC Santa Barbara by a score of 5-1. Four different players scored for the Cardinal.

In a hard-fought showdown filled with young talen, No. 12 Stanford women’s soccer bested No. 8 Penn State by a score of 2-0.
