homes are experiencing homelessness and being admitted to hospital within four

These remarkable homes allow their occupants to be at one with nature, putting
mountains, rolling hills, gorgeous gardens, waterfalls, bushland and even a
volcanic crater on show.
Watching New Year’s Eve fireworks from these pads – offering incredible vistas
of the CBD, and landmarks like the MCG and Luna Park – would be a serious treat.
Buyer demand for houses in Warrandyte, Park Orchards and Lower Plenty boomed
towards the end of 2021, priming the trio for strong selling conditions this
year.
