The Angel of Harmony statue was knocked off its base by a boom lift, according to St. Louis police.

According to the United States Geological Survey, the earthquake was reported in Old Monroe at about 3:30 a.m.

The Arid House will be open during the Garden's regular hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. It is included with Garden admission.

The charging documents allege the parents put the ammo into a backpack and gave it to someone else in an effort to hide it from police.
