“This is the worst in the last ten years, I would say,” Golden Apple recipient Roger Johnson said. “The ice is what made the factor on this one.”

Stepp is also a professional magician who amazes the students every day.

Their dedication to the Cabell County Special Olympics stands out.

“Honestly, the smiles on the kids’ faces make it worth it every day,” Kiser said.

“I just had this desire I really wanted to help kids,” Golden Apple Recipient Stacey Thompson said. “I just wanted to be able to work with students, and so I felt God calling me into education.”
