More than 100,000 bottles of Heritage Store Hydrogen Peroxide Mouthwash sold at Whole Foods, Mom’s Organic Market and Amazon, among other retailers, have been recalled due to concerns that it may pose a poison risk to young children, according to a warning from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Eye Lubricant Ointments Sold at CVS, Walmart Recalled

Four eye lubricant ointments, sold at Walmart and CVS stores and distributed to wholesalers nationwide, have been voluntarily recalled by the manufacturer over concerns the products may pose a “potential risk of eye infections or related harm,” according to a recall notice posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
