Officers investigating reports of a missing man found what they suspect is a body in a paddock about 200 metres from a Glenorie house in Sydney's north-west.

Seven people, including the 18-year-old alleged driver, were taken to hospital after the incident in the Hunter Valley in the early hours of Sunday morning.
