The ‘Restoring Nature’s Classroom’ program includes multiple field trips to Bernheim for students during the school year to conduct field experiments.

Some of the Louisville restaurants participating include; Full Stop Station, In Season Harvest Kitchen and Monnik Beer Company.

The funding is part of the national, ‘Local Food Purchase Cooperative Agreement Program,’ which is authorized by the American Rescue Plan.
