Proposition NN on Colorado’s ballot asks voters to exempt education spending from the state’s spending cap, boosting funding while giving up tax refunds.
“This is a terrible disaster,” U.S. Rep. Jeff Hurd said. “Families have been impacted by not only the wildfire, but the flooding. The scope and nature of this disaster is almost unprecedented.”
