A federal judge has ordered the release of hundreds of migrants arrested in the Chicago area, including some arrested under "Operation Midway Blitz," by Nov. 21 after finding their arrests could have violated a 2022 consent decree.

DHS says Border Patrol agents entered a Cicero parking lot shortly after deploying crowd control measures on Little Village residents. However, there was no explanation as to why video showed a 1-year-old daughter and her family pepper sprayed.
