Down Home Harmonies

Down Home Harmonies features bluegrass music with host Marty Scarbrough. You’ll hear music from the pioneers of bluegrass like Bill Monroe and the Stanley Brothers as well as today’s top bluegrass musicians. The show begins with a half-hour of bluegrass Gospel music, and the “Bluegrass Treatment” segment has bluegrass arrangements of songs that were originally performed in another style of music. Recordings from past KASU “Bluegrass Monday” concerts are also featured on the program.
