Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know Nevada, and the entire Southwest is in the midst of a severe drought. January’s rain has helped, but in the overall scheme of things, it’s just a drop in the bucket.

We simply can’t have this both ways. We need power to fuel electric vehicles, power needs power plants and power plants need space. We need to stop looking at the small picture when it comes to big picture items.

For better or worse, the 2022 election cycle is over. Nevada solidified its position as a “purple” state, not fully Republican and not fully Democrat.
