    I’m A Celebrity contestant Tulisa Contostavlos has “cleared things up” and said she “needs some time” after deleting her social media posts and not going on the spin-off show. The N-Dubz singer was the third celebrity to be voted off the ITV show on Monday (2 December). She caused concern by not appearing on spin-off show Unpacked, and deleting all her social media posts related to the jungle. The former X Factor judge today (4 Decemeber) released a video to “clear a couple things up” and explain what had been going on.

    A Michelin-starred chef has urged thieves to “do the right thing” after criminals stole 2,500 of his finest Christmas pies. Tommy Banks, a judge on the Great British Menu, revealed his van was stolen from the Barker business park near Ripon on Monday morning (2 December). The chef urged those responsible to ensure the food is not wasted and instead given to those in need. He said: “The pies are all in boxes with my name on so not very easy to sell. If you are the thieves and read this I urge you to the drop the pies off somewhere. So we can at least give them to people who need food and they are not wasted.”

    I’m A Celebrity contestant Tulisa Contostavlos has hinted some campmates are being “fake” for the television cameras following her exit from the show. The N-Dubz singer was the third celebrity to be evicted from the reality show on Monday (2 December), despite being an early favourite to win. The former X factor judge appeared on ITV’s Lorraine show on Tuesday where she was asked if she had made friendships for life n the jungle. She said: “I feel like I have with some of them. I think they will be friends for life. But a lot of people for the cameras were being very pally pally but the real test will be when everyone is out.”

    Independent MP Adnan Hussain was booed for bringing up Labour’s winter fuel payment cut during the assisted dying debate on Friday (29 November). The Blackburn MP said the time to make a decision was “wrong” given some terminally ill pensioners have “lost their winter fuel allowance”. Mr Hussain’s comments were met with boos. A historic five-hour debate kickstarted at 9:30am on Friday with the House of Commons chamber full of MPs on both sides. Labour MP Kim Leadbeater has said the bill is about giving people the autonomy to choose how and when they die.

    Great British Bake Off contestant Dylan Bachelet has revealed his real highlight of the show - and it wasn’t baking. The 20-year-old, a finalist in this year’s competition, alongside fellow contestant Christiaan de Vries and winner Georgie Grasso, has revealed more about his time on the show. Appearing on the spin-off show Bake Off: An Extra Slice, Dylan admitted his favourite part of the competition was going for dinner with his fellow contestants after their showstopper trials. Dylan said: “We could go get food and drink and sit with all the bakers. “It was so good. You had nothing to worry about and you could just eat as much as you wanted.”

    The Great British Bake Off 2024 winner has been revealed in a nail-biting final. Contestants Dylan Bachelet, 20, Christiaan de Vries, 34, and Georgie Grasso, 34 battled it out to be crowned winner of the popular baking show on Tuesday (26 November). In a tense final, which saw all three tasked with creating an elaborate hanging celebration cake, it was Georgie who proved to be victorious. As her name was called out, the mother from Wales appeared speechless, before adding: “I can’t believe I’ve won the Great British Bake Off. “It means everything, I’ve always been so self-doubtful, but I just went for it. “I’m so proud of myself.”
