Flight Radar shows airlines diverting away from Venezuela after Donald Trump told airlines to consider the airspace closed. Following dozens of strikes against alleged drug-carrying boats in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean that have killed more than 80 people since September, Trump suggested to military service members in a Thanksgiving Day phone call that the U.S. would soon take action “on land.” On Saturday (29 November), the president urged the clearing of the airspace near the South American country. In a Truth Social post, Trump said: “To all Airlines, Pilots, Drug Dealers, and Human Traffickers, please consider THE AIRSPACE ABOVE AND SURROUNDING VENEZUELA TO BE CLOSED IN ITS ENTIRETY.”

Model Vogue Williams shocked her I’m A Celebrity campmates when she admitted she felt “so ugly”. The model and TV presenter, who entered the jungle earlier this week, revealed how she felt about her looks in a conversation with fellow campmates Lisa Riley and Ruby Wax. During scenes that aired on Friday’s show (21 November), Vogue said: “Do you know what the worst thing about feeling so ugly in here is? Like, everyone else is so good looking. It’s so annoying.” A stunned Ruby Wax replied: “You’re the prettiest person I've seen in my life.”

How much coffee is too much coffee? Doctor Zoe Williams has shared the latest advice on the number of cups you can safely drink in a day. The resident This Morning doctor explained how the Food Standards Agency has advised a person consumes no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine a day. Dr Williams said: “That’s four cups of coffee you make at home with instant, or two barista coffees as they use a double shot, so no more than that.” The doctor warned that too much coffee can impair a person’s judgement.

Strictly Come Dancing contestant Alex Kingston struggled to fight back tears during Saturday’s live show after her “hardest” week. The actor told host Claudia Winkleman that she is “numerically dyslexic” and has therefore struggled to dance to music without lyrics. Winkleman reassured her following her Paso Doble on Saturday (8 November), which judge Craig Revel Horwood described as “middle of the road”. The judge said: “I feel you could have gone a lot further. It ended up a little bit middle of the road.” Alex scored a total of 30 out of 40.

A Strictly Come Dancing contestant has revealed she took sea sickness tablets to prepare for a live show performance. Alex Kingston and professional partner Johannes Radebe impressed judges on Saturday’s live show (1 November), scoring 35 out of a possible 40 points for their salsa to Horny by Hot ‘n’ Juicy and Mousse T. Speaking about the energetic routine, the actor revealed she had sea sickness bands on all through rehearsals and took two tablets before the live show. Appearing on Strictly It Takes Two on Tuesday (4 November), the actor told host Fleur East: “I realised I couldn't wear them on the live show so on show night I actually popped two tablets.”

Reform MP Sarah Pochin claimed it “drives me mad seeing adverts full of black and Asian people” during a live television phone in. The Runcorn and Helsby MP appeared on TalkTV on Saturday (25 October), when she responded to a question from a caller named Stuart, who asked her if her party will do anything about the “representation of demographics in TV adverts”. Responding to Stuart, she said: “It is something that has happened because, I believe, of the woke Liberal that goes on inside.” The MP has since apologised for any offence caused, saying her comments were “phrased poorly”.

Stephen Fry says he has lost all faith in his judgement after his exit from Celebrity Traitors. Stephen was the fifth Faithful to be banished from this year’s series, while Jonathan Ross (an actual Traitor) managed to evade elimination on Thursday (23 October) despite arousing suspicion among his fellow contestants. Appearing on Celebrity Traitors Uncloaked after his exit, the broadcaster confessed: “I’ve lost all faith in whatever judgment I thought I had.” Host Ed Gamble then revealed the celebrities who are the real Traitors to a surprised Stephen, with him praising Jonathan Ross for “playing a blinder”.

Singer Jon Bon Jovi appeared stunned after Jamie Lang confessed to the singer that he lost his virginity to one of his songs. The former Made In Chelsea star appeared alongside the superstar rock icon on the BBC’s One Show on Friday (24 October). Discussing the rock band’s 2026 tour, Lang asked the lead singer: “Are you going to play Livin’ on a Prayer? That song means a lot to me.” When the singer asked him why, Lang replied: “I lost my viriginity to it.” Bon Jovi then exclaimed: “There goes the family show!”
