Buffalo’s crease will continue to be occupied by Levi or Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen. And though the latter had a strong run of play last month, it is Levi who has given them the best chance to win.

“The biggest thing was just getting the feel back,” Thompson told The Buffalo News. “I think the first seven games back I played with a brace on my hand, so I couldn’t feel the puck and didn’t feel like myself. Now that the brace is off, I’m starting to feel back to normal."
