A bill that would change some of Ohio’s marijuana laws, temporarily legalizes THC beverages, and bans the sale of intoxicating hemp products outside of marijuana dispensaries is one step closer to becoming law.
The proposal, which could get a final vote Friday morning from the Ohio Redistricting Commission, is the result of a compromise reached between legislative leaders.
