The 40th Annual Art by the Falls fine arts and contemporary crafts festival takes place Saturday and Sunday June 8-9 as it has for the past, well, 40 years with one major change. There is a change of venue from Chagrin Falls to the Cleveland Metroparks Polo Field in Moreland Hills due to an ongoing road and bridge construction project in downtown Chagrin Falls.

As seen in this week’s Chagrin Falls police blotter, a branch fell on the roof of a police car on patrol 7:40 a.m. July 24 and pulled powerlines from a house to the road. The vehicle sustained minor dents and scratches.
