Route 11 is shut down in Franklin County because of the Wednesday morning crash.

The 27-year-old trooper was sworn in last year, but now is suspended related to his handling of a domestic dispute call.

“This is obviously a fake, and nothing in the highly offensive, hurtful message reflects the mission or actions of Penn or of Penn GSE,” a university spokesperson said in an email to PennLive.

The suspect was angry at Ja'Qai Watson’s cousin for a prior dispute he had with the cousin’s mom, his family said. They didn’t think Watson knew the suspect before that day.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on murder charges in connection with the Monday evening homicide at 18th and Park Street.

The bullet hit the victim's abdomen and perforated his bladder and small intestine on Oct. 4 in York County.

The employee was escorted off the premises and won't be back, the district said.

Stephanie Derita, 50, started with two Chihuahuas but never got them fixed, and they multiplied, making her home unlivable for her teenage son and the dogs, police said.
