An unsettled weather pattern will set up over the local area beginning on Christmas.

Areas of dense fog will be problematic for back to work and school.

Temperatures are taking another plunge thanks to a cold front that passed the area early this morning.

We seem to just skip past Fall weather and move straight to Winter for the weekend and beyond.

Highs are forecast to be 15 degrees above normal this afternoon in the low to mid 80°s.

We continue to monitor for the potential for a few strong/heavy storms as we await the arrival of our next storm system and cold front.

We continue to deal with above-normal temperatures.

High pressure locally continues to dominate the weather pattern.

A cold front is forecast to slowly push through the local area Tuesday. This front won’t make it completely through the viewing area until just before midnight Tuesday night.

We are tracking our next cold front, and it can’t get here soon enough.
