Good rain chances arrive by Sunday as moisture lifts inland from the Gulf.

The weather has been rather dry this week but rain makes a return to the forecast this weekend.

Our first weekend of fall was a beautiful one but the weather will be changing as we begin the workweek.

Monday is the first day of Fall in the Northern Hemisphere but it won’t feel like fall in the Deep South.

Tropical Storm Gabrielle formed in the Atlantic on Wednesday morning, making it the seventh named storm in the Atlantic this hurricane season.

It’s going to be a hot, dry start to the workweek. Morning lows will fall near 70 degrees while afternoon highs climb to the 90s.

An Ozone Action Day has been declared for southeast Louisiana on Friday due to poor air quality.
