The new business in downtown Flint plans to host birthday parties, girls’ day outings, school groups, family dessert nights and adult date-night events.
This year, the event has partnered with 810 Munchies, a Flint restaurant created specifically as a safe, judgment-free space for families with disabilities.
The new shop is designed as a colorful hangout spot offering premium ice cream, handcrafted milkshakes, a seasonal hot chocolate bar, themed kids’ events, family nights, and photo-ready spaces created.
Teamsters say they plan to continue filing charges and pressing for what they call meaningful, enforceable staffing protections and a contract without concessions.
