Skies remain mostly cloudy to overcast for the morning and early afternoon, highs today reach the low to middle 80s with a steady southwest breeze gusting up to 20 miles per hour. The clusters of heavy rain and storms will track eastward across the Tennessee Valley from late morning into the early evening.
