The president of the Federal Reserve in Minneapolis spoke at the Star Tribune’s North Star Summit. He said the amount of money flowing into AI, while it’s propping up the U.S. economy, means less to invest in housing.
The closure follows several years of financial strain and customer complaints under owner Eric Shogren, who also bought Twin Cities bakeries Hans’, A Baker’s Wife, Emily’s and Grandma’s.
