Prices: The cost of a condo has climbed 22.5% since 2019, while the price of the typical single-family home is up a whopping 44.5%.

In Rhode Island, "the median sales price of single-family homes has risen year-over-year every month since January 2017.”

But the cost of a condo went down, according to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. Is it just a blip, or are prices really plummeting?
