What's going up: New pharmaceutical warehouses in NE Bend

Serán BioScience’s new medical warehouses in Juniper Ridge will be used for receiving, storing, packaging, labeling and shipping pharmaceutical products for the drug development partner. The design features two modular buildings with 30-foot tilt-up, concrete walls, according to Romy Mortensen, vice president of sales and marketing for Brooks Resources. Each wall panel weighs over two tons and is erected using a crane. The project is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2025.
