The Jacksonville-based company will operate The Pickle Factory at its warehouse on St. Augustine Road.

The program, which focuses on professional growth, is in its fifth year.

The company adds more than 700,000 square feet of warehouse space with the Sept. 1 purchase.

Completion of the 340,000-square-foot facility at the Jacksonville Port Authority’s Blount Island Marine Terminal is expected in summer 2025.

The building, constructed in 1913 near Jacksonville’s Eastside, will become apartments, offices and retail units.
