Reach Educational Services, a Hunterdon County center for special needs children, has temporarily suspended services following the arrest of its founder on insurance fraud charges, according to a post on Facebook.

Michael M. Kolba, 19, of Lebanon, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2018, and charged with burglary and theft following an investigation by Clinton town police and Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office, police said.
