Reach Educational Services, a Hunterdon County center for special needs children, has temporarily suspended services following the arrest of its founder on insurance fraud charges, according to a post on Facebook.
Michael M. Kolba, 19, of Lebanon, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2018, and charged
with burglary and theft following an investigation by Clinton town police and
Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office, police said.
Christopher G. Kopon, 20, of Whitehouse Station, was charged on Jan. 3, 2018,
with distribution of marijuana wax following an investigation, Hunterdon County
Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III said.
A Readington Township woman lost control of her vehicle on a snow and
ice-covered road on Jan. 5, 2018, striking a woman waiting for her child to be
picked up by a school bus, township police said.
Frank E. Cabezas, 25, of Hunterdon County, who plead guilty for his role in a
car crash that killed two grandparents in 2016, was sentenced to eight years in
state prison on Dec. 12, 2017.
