Over the summer, a volley of gunfire split the night on Saginaw’s West Side, leaving two teens wounded. The ensuing investigation led police to a local man who allegedly had a machine gun.

Authorities issued a warrant for the 28-year-old Bridgeport Township man, charging him with one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

"How does a gun jam three times? That’s God giving me another chance," the suspect allegedly told police.

The ex-employee had a blood-alcohol level of 0.418, five times the legal limit.

The convict also asked the judge to return to him a cellphone police confiscated during their investigation.

The suspect is charged with open murder.

The victim's brother and parents had previously been killed by gunfire.

A post made on the suspect's Facebook account said he had a hit list that was more than what Jeffrey Dahmer had done.

The 51-year-old man is wanted on a bench warrant.
