These are the Midland High and Legacy athletes to watch heading into the District 2-6A Track and Field Meet, April 2-3 at Memorial Stadium.

Senior shortstop Dylan Dominguez is a tough at-bat in the leadoff spot of the Greenwood lineup. Dominguez is a four-year letterman for the Rangers ballclub.

The Legacy boys and girls soccer teams lost to Odessa Permian by identical scores of 3-1 in District 2-6A matches, March 4 at Odessa's Ratliff Stadium.

Selah Fox, Jordan Stokes and Katie Voss-Osborn earned superlatives for the state champion Midland Christian girls basketball team on the all-district list.

Midland High junior baseball player T.J. Schlaffer and Midland High junior swimmer Hannah Krueger are the Midland Reporter-Telegram's Athletes of the Week.
