Falcons Senior Jalen Chandler tallied 41 points, 10 rebounds and four steals to lead the Falcons (27-7) to a 74-62 victory over Fairhope in Thursday’s 125th AHSAA State Basketball Championships Class 7A state basketball semifinals.   

The Falcons, coached by Dylan Burleson, defeated Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa 64-53 Tuesday in the Class 7A Northwest Regional Final on the campus of Wallace State-Hanceville.

The Hazel Green girls basketball team are back to defend their title. The Trojans defeated Hartselle in the Class 6A Girls Northwest Regional Final.
