While police were at the scene, officers say a large crowd gathered, resulting in multiple arrests.

TFRD’s Battalion Chief says two dogs were rescued from inside, nobody was injured and the fire was deemed suspicious.

Upon arrival, officers say they found a woman who had been shot and transported her to the hospital.

Police do not believe anything criminal contributed to the incident, however, they will continue to investigate the matter.

Police responded to the scene on West Sylvania Avenue shortly after 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
