Memorial Day parades and events are happening in, among other towns, Bradley Beach, Freehold, Jackson, Lakewood, Point Pleasant Beach and Toms River.

The Asbury Fresh farmers and makers market takes place from May 4 to Sept. 28 in Asbury Park. The Toms River market runs from June 11 to Oct. 1.
