The list of carmakers dabbling in robotics is growing, with Rivian spinning off a company called Mind Robotics.

Rivian settled an investor lawsuit stemming from its IPO that has been lingering since 2022.

The unnamed company is looking to expand U.S. operations as it sees increased demand for its products, and it could plant a flag in Georgia.

ACG plans to invest a total of $200 million in the region for its operations.

The new development will add to the county's growing industrial market.

The price is in line with the high demand for data centers.

"The Korean community here in Georgia is the backbone of a cultural impact that really has changed the fabric of the state of Georgia," says Pat Wilson, commissioner of the Georgia Department of Economic Development.

With the agreement, Grenzebach aims to reduce its indirect greenhouse gas emissions.

The new MGM Products facility is expected to create about 150 to 175 jobs in the first five years.
