The investigation comes amid ongoing controversy over updates to the city’s comprehensive land-use plan.

“People looked for the Craig Sailor name on a story,” one editor said.

The district said it would have to consider closing some of its aging schools if its bond doesn’t pass.

“This project will replace a 100-year-old infrastructure with a new diversion structure that will improve water diversion reliability and water quality for the reservoir,” a release said.
